この度、国際決済の利便性向上を目的として、2025年10月28日（火）より、海外在住の会員様のお支払い通貨を「日本円（JPY）」から「米ドル（USD）」へ変更させていただくこととなりました。
何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

■変更内容
変更前の決済通貨：日本円（JPY）
変更後の決済通貨：米ドル（USD）

【変更前】2025年10月28日（火）11:59（日本時間）まで
入会金：1,100円（税込）
年会費：6,600円（税込）
※2025年10月28日（火）11:59までにご入金手続きをされた方は、従来どおり日本円での決済が適用されます。

【変更後】2025年10月28日（火）12:00（日本時間）以降
年会費（入会金含む）：＄70
※2025年10月28日（火）12:00以降のご入金には、ドル建て決済が適用されます。
※日本国内に在住の会員様におかれましては、引き続き日本円での決済となります。

■お支払い通貨変更タイミングについて
A.新規会員
2025年10月28日（火）12:00以降、海外からの新規会員登録は全てドル建て決済となります。
B.既存会員
すでに日本円での決済をご使用されている既存会員の方は、ご退会されるまで日本円での決済が継続されます。

■メンテナンス情報
2025年10月28日（火）11:00～12:00（日本時間）
上記の時間帯において、HERESYサイトへのアクセスおよび全てのサービスがご利用いただけません。
メンテナンス時間は状況により前後する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

■PayPal決済の廃止について
2025年10月28日（火）12:00以降、PayPalでの決済はご利用いただけなくなります。
現在PayPal決済をご利用中の方で、今後も継続をご希望の場合は、クレジットカードをご利用の上、ドル建て決済にて継続いただくようお願い申し上げます。
今後とも会員の皆様に楽しんでいただけるよう、より一層サービスの向上・充実に努めて参りますので、引き続き変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

We would like to inform you that, in order to improve the convenience of international payments, the payment currency for members residing outside Japan will be changed from Japanese Yen (JPY) to US Dollars (USD) starting Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
We appreciate your kind understanding regarding this change.

Previous payment currency: Japanese Yen (JPY)
New payment currency: US Dollars (USD)

Until Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 11:59 AM (JST)
Admission Fee: ¥1,100 (tax included)
Annual Membership Fee: ¥6,600 (tax included)
*If you complete the payment by October 28, 2025 at 11:59 AM (JST), it will continue to be processed in Japanese Yen.

From Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM (JST)
Annual Membership Fee (including admission fee): $70
*From the date and time of the change above, it will be charged in US Dollars.
*Important: Members who live in Japan will continue to make payments in Japanese Yen.

■Timing of Payment Currency Change
A. New Members
From Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM (JST), all new member registrations from outside Japan will be processed in US Dollars.
B. Existing Members
Existing members who are currently paying in Japanese Yen will continue to be charged in JPY unless you cancel the membership.

■Maintenance Information
Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (JST)
During this time, the HERESY site and all services will be temporarily unavailable.
Please note that the maintenance time may be subject to change.

■Termination of PayPal Payment
PayPal will no longer be accepted as a payment method starting Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM (JST).
If you are currently using PayPal and wish to continue your membership, please switch to a credit card and make your payment in US Dollars.
