【公演にご来場のお客様へのご案内とお願い】

すべてのお客様に安全かつ快適に公演をお楽しみいただくため、あらかじめ下記のガイドラインをご確認のうえ、ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。

■ 服装・持ち物について

 ・会場はスタンディング形式で混雑が予想されます。動きやすい服装と履き慣れた靴でのご来場をお願いいたします。

 ・ヒールの高い靴や厚底靴、先の尖ったアクセサリーなどは安全面から着用をお控えください。

着用されている場合、スタッフの判断によりご入場をお断りすることがございます。

 ・会場内への大きなお荷物の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。周囲のお客様の迷惑となりますので、事前に会場内クロークや周辺コインロッカー等をご利用ください。

 

■ 会場内での禁止行為

 ・録音・録画・写真撮影は禁止です。

カメラ、ビデオカメラ、スマートフォンなどでの撮影や録音機能を使用した行為が確認された場合、データの消去や機器の没収、場合によってはご退場いただくことがございます。

 ・ペンライト・サイリウム・音の出る機器等の持ち込みは禁止しております。

 

■ 公演中の安全について

 ・公演中の押し合いや駆け出し、物を投げる行為、故意に身体をぶつける行為は厳禁です。

周囲のお客様の安全を損なう行為が確認された場合、退場していただくことがございます。

 ・体調不良や怪我をされた場合は、速やかにスタッフにお声がけください。また、周囲に具合の悪い方がいらっしゃる場合も、速やかにスタッフにお知らせいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

 

■ 非常時の対応・避難について

 ・演出の都合上、非常灯を一時的に消灯させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめお近くの非常口をご確認ください。

 ・非常時には、スタッフが誘導いたしますので、会場スタッフの指示に従って慌てずに行動してください。

 

■ 貴重品の管理について

 ・貴重品は必ず身につけるか、ロッカー等にお預けください。

 ・会場内での置き引き・盗難等の被害が報告されています。主催者および会場は、紛失・盗難に対して一切の責任を負いませんので、十分にご注意ください。

 

■ 最後に

スタッフからのご案内には必ずご協力をお願いいたします。

ご協力いただけない場合、安全上の理由などから入場をお断りしたり、退場をお願いすることがございますのであらかじめご了承ください。

[Notice and Request for Guests Attending the Performance]

To ensure that all guests can enjoy the performance in a safe and comfortable environment, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation by reviewing and adhering to the following guidelines in advance.

 

■ Regarding Clothing and Personal Belongings

 ・The venue is expected to be crowded due to a standing-room format. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to move in.

 ・For safety reasons, please refrain from wearing high heels, platform shoes, or accessories with sharp points.

If such items are worn, entry may be denied at the discretion of the staff.

 ・Large bags or luggage are not permitted inside the venue, as they may inconvenience others. Please utilize the venue cloakroom or nearby coin lockers in advance.

 

■ Prohibited Conduct Inside the Venue

 ・Audio recording, video recording, and photography are strictly prohibited.

If any such activity is observed using cameras, video recorders, smartphones, or other devices, the data may be deleted, the equipment may be confiscated, and the individual may be asked to leave the venue.

 ・The use or possession of penlights, glow sticks, or any sound-emitting devices is not allowed.

 

■ Safety During the Performance

 ・Pushing, rushing, throwing objects, or deliberately bumping into others is strictly prohibited.

Anyone found engaging in behavior that may endanger others will be asked to leave the venue.

 ・If you feel unwell or sustain an injury, please notify a staff member immediately. Likewise, if you notice someone nearby who appears unwell, we kindly ask that you inform a staff member as soon as possible.

 

■ Emergency Procedures and Evacuation

 ・Emergency lights may be temporarily turned off as part of the stage production. Please take note of the nearest emergency exit in advance.

 ・In the event of an emergency, venue staff will provide guidance. Please remain calm and follow their instructions promptly.

 

■ Management of Valuables

 ・Please keep your valuables on your person or store them in a secure location such as a locker.

 ・There have been reports of theft and unattended belongings being taken at the venue. The organizer and venue are not responsible for any loss or theft, so please take appropriate precautions.

 

■ Final Notes

We kindly ask that you follow all instructions provided by the staff. Failure to do so may result in denied entry or removal from the venue for safety reasons.

To ensure that everyone can enjoy the performance to the fullest, we ask that all guests act with consideration for one another.
