【Notice regarding streaming of a part of the HERESY LIMITED 「SIX GUN'S」 concert】

This notice pertains to the streaming of a portion of this concert.

While we have posted statements from members in the "member comments" section of the GazettE's official website, members have expressed that they would like their messages to be conveyed to as many fans as possible in addition to those who will be attending the concert.

Following our search for a streaming environment that is as stable as possible, we have decided to provide real-time streaming for HERESY members and the GazettE MOBILE members.

[Notes]
- For rights-related reasons, only the member MC parts of the concert will be streamed. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
- An archived broadcast of the streamed video content will be available from 12:00 a.m. on May 28th (Tuesday) to 11:59 p.m. (JST) on June 4th (Tuesday), 2024.
- Only HERESY members and the GazettE MOBILE members will be able to watch this stream.


[Important notice regarding the stream]
We would like to make the following request regarding the upcoming video streaming for HERESY members and the GazettE MOBILE members.
Unfortunately, we have noticed that there have been cases of unauthorized use of video content that was streamed previously.
These actions constitute copyright infringement and are strictly prohibited by law in Japan.

The unauthorized recording and uploading of streamed video content to the Internet, the sale and purchase of such video content, and the downloading of illegally uploaded video content with the knowledge that it had been uploaded illegally constitute copyright infringement under the laws of Japan and are subject to criminal liability of up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to 10 million yen, or both.
Offenders may also incur civil liability and be required to compensate for significant damages.

In the event that such illegal activities are discovered,
we will not hesitate to take strict and robust legal action in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws.

We ask for your cooperation in this regard so that everyone can watch the streamed video content with peace of mind.


[Regarding streaming conditions]
- A fast and stable Internet connection is required to watch the stream. We recommend watching it on a Wi-Fi or wired connection instead of a mobile connection.
- All telecommunication charges (data charges) incurred shall be borne by the user. The organizer will not be responsible for any issues related to your Internet or viewing circumstances.
- In the event of adverse weather events or problems with telecommunication lines or systems, the audio and/or video content of the stream may be disrupted, or the concert may be temporarily interrupted or terminated. We seek your understanding in this regard.
- The HERESY website can be accessed from other devices (PCs or other smartphones) using your HERESY membership number or your registered email address for the GazettE MOBILE and the password that you have set.
- You are advised to confirm your HERESY membership number/password or the GazettE MOBILE email address/password in advance. Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries on the day of the live stream, including those from users who are unable to log in.
